Abstract

["Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView. ", "\nABSTRACT\nThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the mediating role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) perception in the effect of green transformational leadership (GTL) behaviors on environmental organizational citizenship behaviors (EOCBs) in healthcare organizations. In line with this purpose, 410 healthcare professionals participated in the study conducted between June 23–July 9, 2025 and data were collected through a questionnaire. “GTL”, “EOCB” and “CSR” scales were used in the study in which quantitative research method was used. Reliability, normality, factor, descriptive, correlation, and regression analyses were conducted. Furthermore, mediation analysis was performed using Hayes' PROCESS macro (Model 4) with a bootstrap approach (5000 resamples, 95% bias‐corrected confidence intervals). The results of the study revealed that GTL positively influences both EOCB and the perception of CSR. Furthermore, CSR was found to have a positive effect on EOCB and to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between GTL and EOCB. It is thought that this study will make significant contributions to filling the gap in the relevant literature, developing environmental sustainability strategies in health institutions, developing leadership training programs, and increasing the effectiveness of CSR practices.\n"]
