", "\nABSTRACT\nThis paper explores the concept of community resilience in the context of cross‐border wildfire management in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland National Parks. It focuses on three interrelated dimensions: institutional preparedness, inclusive community engagement and adaptive learning in the aftermath of natural disasters. Drawing on qualitative methods, the study engaged local actors and community representatives from both sides of the border to examine how institutional frameworks and grassroots participation shape resilience strategies. The findings suggest that effective resilience depends on organisational transformation within local governance, the active involvement of diverse community voices in both prevention and recovery and the incorporation of lessons learned into adaptive policies. The study also reveals tensions between environmental protection and community interests, which complicate cross‐border cooperation. While acknowledging the limitations of research, the paper offers valuable insights into multi‐level forms of governance and highlights the importance of participatory approaches in fostering sustainable and resilient communities.\n"]
