The research was conducted through semi‐structured telephone interviews with 25 parents living in Turkey who have family members with disabilities and 11 employers. Data were coded using thematic analysis to form sub‐themes and main themes. The prominent themes identified through the analysis include employment models and recruitment processes, workplace support, legal and policy frameworks, support from the government and NGOs, working conditions and rights, and future and experiences.
