The adoption of green services, including green production systems, sustainable value chain practices, and circular economic models, is gaining increasing academic attention. This study employs a systematic bibliometric analysis and thematic synthesis of peer‐reviewed literature to evaluate the methodological trends, theoretical contributions, and empirical outcomes of GI research. Our findings reveal that environmental sustainability strategies, particularly those that integrate operational rationality and GI adoption, exhibit a statistically significant influence. These findings reveal that knowledge integration in value chain management is a crucial determinant of GI results, with organisational skills in green Research and Development (R&D) and stakeholder cooperation as essential determinants. This study enhances academic dialogue and managerial practices by providing practical strategies for integrating GI activities with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).\n"]
